Known for her vibrant Afro-funk jazz sound and energetic original compositions, Melorie Jane is a multiple award-winning pianist, composer and bandleader whose debut album More or Less won Best Jazz Album and Best Female Jazz Artist at the Mzantsi Jazz Awards. She has performed at major festivals including the , Jazz on the Rocks and the Table Mountain Jazz Festival, while also representing South African jazz internationally in Oman and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
