Refunds are available up to 7 days prior to the show. We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us before your ticketed show and we can also transfer your tickets to another performance date for a small fee. We are unable to make any changes the day of the show.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

Yes, whoever checks in can simply give the name of the person who purchased the tickets on Eventbrite.
