The (M) Factor Screening + Panel Discussion; Part 2
Join us for a 2nd screening of The (M) Factor : Shredding the Silence on Menopause at Majestic Bay Theatres! We'll be screening this groundbreaking documentary followed by an engaging, topic focussed panel discussion. Engage in Q&A participation with a (5 woman) panel of health professionals and esteemed women of all ages, stages of perimenopause/menopause, sharing their own journeys.
Our panel Q&A will continue the impactful conversation initiated by our screening in January. In this session, we will concentrate on sexual support, vaginal health, and pelvic floor stability. Libido and vaginal health are among the most frequently impacted symptoms during perimenopause, along with the influence of estrogen and testosterone on our capacity to experience intimacy and pleasure. Our mind and body suffer significant challenges as we navigate through these changes.
Get ready for a morning full of education, instruction, open sharing, and insightful discussion. Don't miss out on this unique opportunity to dive deeper into the world of perimenopause and menopause with other likeminded women and experts.
We will learn from the expertise and journeys of our incredible panel of women, featuring:
Nancy Owen, Therapist; Fierce Waterfall
Emily Bradley, M.D; Urology
