About this Event
Don't Miss THE LOVE PROJECT LIVE!
The Love Project Live: Final Exhibition at Baja Tierra is the culminating performance and exhibition from Sha Davis’ 90-day artist residency at Art and Culture Lab.
For three months, Davis has gathered stories, conversations, sound, memory, and emotional artifacts inside the space, building a living archive around love, intimacy, connection, and the ways we carry each other. This final evening transforms that collected material into a warm, powerful live experience that blends performance, music, sound bowls, interview excerpts, visual storytelling, and communal reflection.
Part concert, part exhibition, part love ritual, The Love Project Live invites audiences into an intimate environment shaped by real stories and the emotional architecture of Black love, friendship, partnership, family, healing, and becoming.
Guests will experience a one-night-only performance that brings together the content, conversations, and creative discoveries developed throughout the residency. The evening is designed to feel immersive, tender, and electric, with the atmosphere of a living room, a listening room, and a sacred gathering all braided together.
Join us on May 30 from 8–10 PM at Art and Culture Lab / Baja Tierra for the final exhibition of this residency and a celebration of love as archive, medicine, memory, and future.
