Be a part of history as The Linsmore Tavern (1298 Danforth Ave) is officially turning 90 years old on Saturday December 7th! That’s right, 90 years of the Linsmore Tavern, 1934 to 2024! We are throwing a big party for this special occasion as there are not many bars out there that has been around for 90 years! Performing on this historic evening is none other than the Ultimate Cover Band – Horshack! There is no other band we would want to come in and play such a special night than Horshack who SELLS-OUT every time they play our stage and have been captivating our audiences with their incredible musicianship! That’s right, the former house band at the Orbit Room will be rocking out on our stage and for any music fans out there, you have got to see this band! Word of mouth is spreading about how good Horshack is and why this is one of the hottest shows in Toronto! This band has quickly become our favourite band as the eleven shows that they have played at the Linsmore, were EPIC! With an ALL-STAR line-up with some of our country’s best musicians, you are going to hear some very difficult covers that you don’t usually hear from a cover band! Anyone in Toronto that has seen this band, raves about them! Tavern! The show starts at 9pm, tickets are $13 in advance, $15 at the door! Tickets will go fast for this one, so get them now and don’t have any regrets!Horshack rose up out of the ashes of the extremely popular Sunday night Orbit Room phenomena, Stifler’s Mom. The boys roll back the calender to the 70’s (mostly), and will absolutely go all out till late at the Linsmore. Horshack covers some popular and at times very difficult material from Boston, Pink Floyd, and Led Zepplin to some classic rockers from Deep Purple, Thin Lizzy, Talking Heads, and Tom Petty. It’s quite common for Canadian stars such as Ian Thornley, Gordie Johnson, and Ivana Santilli to show up and sit in with the guys. Canadian guitar great and guitar player for Lady Gaga, Ricky Tillo, when not on the road will often sit in for a whole night.

Jimmy Reid: guitar/ vocals – Jimmy Reid has played with Canadian artists, Sass Jordan, Amanda Marshall, Andy Kim, Matthew Good, Ashley MacIsaac. Also with bands Soul Decision, Toronto plus many more
Derrick Brady: Bass/vocals – Derek has played with everyone from Serena Ryder to Hawksley Workman, and in addition to being a charter member of the Chris Caddel and The Wreckage, Derrick is also currently in the Skydiggers.
Wade O Brown: keyboards/vocals – Wade built on his popularity, performing with noted recording stars like Aretha Franklin, Quincy Jones, Roger Troutman, Glenn Lewis, Divine Earth Essence, and Joe, among others. He also appeared on the award-winning TV series Soul Food, performed live on MuchMusic, and co-starred in several Toronto-based theatrical productions.
