The Laughter Collab is a joyful, co-creative space where humans come together to play, laugh, and connect.
No performance or experience needed. Just curiosity and a willingness to be a little silly. Through improv-inspired games, light movement, and deep belly laughs, we loosen the inner critic, soften the body, and authentically reconnect.
Each gathering includes:
• Opening circle
• Gentle warm-ups
• Improv-style group games
• Closing circle
Every Wednesday from 6-8pm @ Beat Farm Co+Op
Donation-based (suggested $20–$40)
Pay what you can. No one will be turned away.
All adults are welcome.
About your host:
Lindsey O’Brien is a facilitator and group space holder who has been guiding individuals and groups for over four years. She is a 400 hour Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Soul Retrieval Guide and Shadow Work facilitator, and has led workshops and group experiences in studios, community spaces, schools, festivals, and healing environments.Lindsey brings a playful, grounded, and trauma informed approach to facilitation.
Her work is rooted in presence, authenticity, and somatic awareness, creating spaces where people feel safe to let their guard down. She loves guiding people back into their bodies and supporting them in reconnecting with and falling in love with their innate essence.
The Laughter Collab is a culmination of her life’s work, blending play, embodiment, connection, and joy.
