About this Event
We're excited to announce the Lane Anderson Award Ceremony will take place on Wednesday, January 29th at the Concourse Event Space inside the North York Central Library.
Doors will open at 7pm, with the ceremony beginning at 7:30pm where shortlisted authors will have a chance to talk about their books before the winners are announced. Light refreshments will be on offer throughout the evening.
Our intention is to create a welcoming and accessible space and although we will have a structured ceremony to present the finalists and announce the winners, it will be a relaxed environment where people can come and go as they feel comfortable. Above all we hope to provide readers and passionate book folks an evening to come together and celebrate these wonderful books and creators.
