Join The Kitchen Divas Experience!
Black Women for Wellness is excited to bring back the Kitchen Divas classes as part of our Sister in Motion initiative, a community-centered movement focused on wellness, connection, and healthier living through shared experiences.
Join us for the relaunch of The Kitchen Divas Program workshops, a cooking and wellness series designed to bring people together through food, education, culture, and community care.
This month’s featured class is a Chef Led Interactive Cooking Class in collaboration with Cooking With Gabby, an organization that has spent decades helping children and families in underserved communities build healthier lifestyles through nutrition education and healthy cooking.
Participants will experience:
• Interactive cooking instruction
• Healthy and affordable meal ideas
• Nutrition and wellness education
• Practical cooking tips and food swaps
• Community conversation and engagement
Kitchen Divas is more than a class. It is a welcoming space to learn healthier habits, build confidence in the kitchen, reconnect through culture, and grow together through wellness and community.
About Cooking With Gabby
Cooking With Gabby was founded by Chef Steve and his daughter Gabby to help reduce the impact of poor nutrition, obesity, diabetes, and heart disease in underserved communities. Since 1996, they have empowered children and families with tools to live healthier lives through food and wellness education.
