We’re hosting our first ever the Kind Body Club gathering on Sept 3 at the beautiful Shoreline Studio in Portobello! 🌿The Kind Body Club is a monthly meetup to explore movement in a supportive way. Each month, we will try on a different activity, but the theme is always the same. Learning how to move, explore and connect while being kind to our bodies.
To kick things off, we’ll gather for a beginner-friendly, gentle yoga class followed by personal reflection, journaling and a group chat. And if the weather’s playing nice (fingers crossed), we’ll end the evening with a beach fire 🔥
The space is for you if you’re:
💫 feeling disconnected from your body, whether through disordered eating, body image struggles, or the general noise of life
💫 want to try new forms of movement in a supportive way
