The Journey – A Culinary & Artistic Experience
A casual yet elegant evening celebrating culture, creativity, and connection through food, art, and music. Hosted by APULULU Kitchen at Grand Central Brewhouse, the experience explores the creative paths of Chef Taimi Carrero and visual artist Raciel Gómez. Each course unfolds as a chapter of their journey from Cuba to the United States, inspired by Cuban, Spanish, Mexican, and American flavors. The evening features curated cider and beer pairings by Joanne Mumbey of BeyLoved Pairings, live music, and an art exhibition showcasing Raciel’s newest works. A portion of proceeds benefits The Kind Mouse.
