About this Event
The Journey of Scaling
We’re bringing the community together again alongside our valued partners BNZ, for a morning focused on one of the most critical (and challenging) phases of the founder journey, scaling.
Hosted by James Hurman, this breakfast session brings together the startup and scale-up community to hear the journey behind Tracksuit becoming a global success, with insights from Chief Revenue Officer, Hamish Mathieson on scaling and the lessons learned along the way.
From early traction through to scaling teams, systems and markets, we’ll unpack the lessons. Including:
- The realities of scaling, what changes, what breaks, and what matters most
- Key decisions that define growth trajectories
- Lessons learned (often the hard way) and what the founder would do differently the second time round.
- How to stay grounded in your mission while navigating rapid growth
At its core, this is what Caffeine does best: creating space for open conversations that connect founders, operators, and leaders across the ecosystem.
