The Joshua Eyer Development Institute (JEDI BLUE) Dodgeball Fundraiser
Join us on May 2, 2026 at the Carole Hoefener Center in Charlotte for an exciting day of competition, community, and charity at the JEDI BLUE Dodgeball Fundraiser.
This high-energy event brings together first responders, community members, and supporters for a fun and competitive double-elimination dodgeball tournament, with 5-minute games designed to keep the action moving all day long. Doors open at 11:00 AM, and the first matches begin at 12:00 PM.
All proceeds from the event will benefit The Joshua Eyer Development Institute (JEDI BLUE), a nonprofit organization dedicated to strengthening our community through martial arts, mentorship, and youth development. JEDI BLUE provides free martial arts training to first responders, veterans, their children, and adults and youth with disabilities, helping build confidence, discipline, and resilience. The organization also offers a free Anti-Bullying Program for students in grades 2–12, empowering young people with the skills and confidence to stand up to bullying and support one another.
Whether you’re competing in the tournament or cheering from the sidelines, this event is a great opportunity to support an important cause while enjoying a day of friendly competition and community spirit. Gather your team, bring your friends and family, and come dodge, duck, and dive for a purpose.
Parking Information: There is limited parking available directly in front of the venue. Additional paid parking is available directly across the street, and free parking is available in the gravel lot just down the street from the center.
1ST, 2ND, & 3RD PLACE TEAMS WILL RECEIVE TROPHIES 🏆
THERE WILL BE FOOD TRUCKS ON SITE!
