The Jane Sessions: Yoga in the Gallery - Autumn 2025

Welcome to The Jane Sessions: Yoga in the Gallery! Unwind, connect, and breathe in a serene space surrounded by art and beauty. This in-person experience invites you to calm your mind, move your body, and be held by the vibrant energy of the gallery. No yoga experience needed—just bring your mat and an open mind for a rejuvenating and joyful practice.

As your instructor, I’ll guide you through a breath-led flow inspired by Hatha and Vinyasa yoga. We’ll move with intention—blending strength, softness, and deep presence. My teaching is informed by lived experience with hypermobility and chronic pain, so I center sustainable movement, patience, and body awareness.

Through mindful pacing and an astrology-informed lens, each class offers a space to reconnect with joy, breath, and embodied ease. Take what resonates and leave the rest.

When : Wednesdays at 6:30pm

• September: 17th and 24th
• October: 1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th

Where : The Jane Gallery is located on 32 N 3rd Street between Market and Arch.

Price: We offer Packages and Single Class options

• Single Class – $25 — One class for one person
• 2 Classes for 2 People – $60 — $15 per person, per class ($30 per person total)
• 4 Class Package – $80 — $20 per class

What to Expect : Each class begins and ends with short meditation and breathwork. No experience required—just come as you are and move at your own pace.

Bring : Yoga Mat & Water(mats and props WILL NOT BE AVAILBLE)

Leave time for parking : Metered street parking is available but is limited - Please leave time to find parking. Some spots are free after 6:30 PM

This is a chance to de-stress and rejuvenate your mind and body. Surrounded by art and inspired by beauty, we aim to offer a blissful and grounding yoga experience.
