Expect 25 minute back-to-back "tastes" of fitness from various studios + health n wellness & spa experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb n flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.

11:45 am Doors Open (set up your mat, grab coffee for purchase + shop)
12:00 pm: Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga
12:30 pm: Mat Pilates
1:00 pm: Boxing
1:30 pm: Bootcamp
2:00 pm: Dance Fit
2:30 pm: Ending Sound bowl meditation
3:00 pm: Event Ends

Think spa + shopping + fun…ELEVATED EXPERIENCES! Eyebrow waxing/threading, henna, reiki, nail bar, braid bar or dry wand styling, tarot, massage of any kind, facials of any kind, red light therapy, boutique shopping, life coach, etc.
A bout the Venue -
Brick and Beam welcomes you with a colorful, “Welcome to Springfield” mural painted by artist Grant Thornton. Situated on the border of Downtown and Springfield, the building’s rustic charm pays homage to its prior occupants and their stories. Their main parlor and expansive back porch is an open, rustic, space perfect for any event theme you have planned.
We do not offer refunds. If the event needs to be canceled due to weather, a rain date will be offered. Attendees acknowledge and voluntarily assume all risks and hazards associated with the event activities. Attendees further release The Beauty Boost, its organizers, instructors, and affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands arising out of or in connection with their participation.
