Join Shelf Help Club founder Toni Jones for a Self Health workshop designed to help you understand and improve your most important relationship... the one with YOURSELF.
In this interactive session, you'll be guided through the Shelf Help SPIES framework for personal growth (Social, Physical, Intellectual, Emotional and Spiritual health) as a way to support you in figuring out where you're at, where you want to be and - crucially - how to get there.
