About this Event
The transition from one year into the next invites us to draft resolutions for the year ahead, but we often don’t have organic opportunities to pause and make intuitive-driven intentions for what’s to come.
What if there was a different way to step into the new year?
This workshop is a space for women and non-binary people to slow down, reconnect with their intuition, and gain clarity on what truly matters. Through guided reflection, somatic practices, and facilitated conversation, you’ll reconnect with yourself and learn how to take aligned action in a grounded, sustainable way. You’ll develop concrete steps you can accomplish during the workshop, along with strategies to keep moving forward even when life gets busy.
What to Expect:
- Reconnect with Your Intuition and Get Clear on What You Want for 2026. You'll explore what your head, heart, and gut want for the year ahead using meditation, reflection, and frameworks to uncover what truly matters to you.
- Turn Clarity into Action. Leave with concrete steps you can take right away, plus strategies to keep moving forward and celebrate progress even in busy seasons.
- Find Your People. Share this journey with a supportive community of people who are also designing their path forward. You'll have space for both individual reflection and meaningful connection.
Details:
- Date: Saturday, January 31st
- Time: 1pm - 5pm
- What's Included: 4-hour workshop hosted by 3 experienced facilitators, guided meditation (plus recording to take home), workbook that you can use throughout the year, light snacks, and herbal tea
