Step 3: Upon successful payment we will send you a receipt and conference pack.
Step 4: Any international delegates requiring an invitation letter for the purpose of the visa processing can contact us; Not later than 4–5 weeks in advance to allow adequate time for visa processing. We can issue you an invitation letter to support your visa application.
Step 5: For security reasons all visa/passport processes will be conducted privately.
