Your nervous system simply learned how to protect you.
This is a trauma-informed, substance-free relational space where we explore intimacy slowly, consciously and embodied.
Each month we dive into a different dimension:
boundaries, desire, nervous system safety, attachment patterns, polarity, communication, vulnerability.
Not as theory.
But as lived experience.
Through guided somatic practices, conscious partner exercises and energetic attunement, you will:
• deepen the connection to yourself
• understand your relational and attachment patterns
• recognize your reflexes in closeness and distance
• embody clearer boundaries
• expand your nervous system’s ability to stay present in connection
• access your authentic intimacy blueprint
We cannot promise instant deep bonds with others.
But we can create the conditions where depth becomes more possible. Because you are more grounded, more aware, more connected to yourself.
And that inevitably influences your dating life, your partnerships and the way you show up in love.
You can join as a single or with a partner, lover or friend.
You may enter at any time.
Ongoing participation deepens the process — and each evening stands on its own.
This is a respectful, consent-based space for emotionally responsible adults who are willing to take ownership of their patterns and explore intimacy beyond performance.

The workshop will be held in English. If all participants are German-speaking, we may naturally shift into German.
In this second salon, we explore the dynamic between closeness & autonomy — and expand our capacity to hold both: to stay connected without losing ourselves, and to explore without losing connection.
About the Facilitator
I’m truly happy to be bringing this monthly container back to Berlin.
For more than 10 years, I have been guiding workshops, retreats and trainings internationally and have supported hundreds of individuals and couples in 1:1 and relational work.
My background is trauma-informed and somatic, rooted in nervous system regulation, attachment work, conscious relationship dynamics and embodied intimacy. I work at the intersection of psychology, bodywork and spiritual embodiment.
This salon brings together the essence of my work — group field, relational practice and deep inner awareness.
If you feel called to go deeper beyond the monthly evenings, I also offer 1:1 and couples sessions.
