For the first time in prime time... The Indigo Kitchen & Savannah will be taking over and tearing up No Mans Art Gallery and the bar. Turning fantasty... into reality on a plate, a colourful vegan menu infused with the flavours from the Surinamese cuisine. The dishes bring you a balance between what's old and new, some traditional elements and some unconventional mixes of flavours and textures.
