The Identity You Didn't Choose: How Your Childhood Blueprint Is Running Your Adult Life

A live 3-hour workshop for people ready to see the childhood blueprint quietly running their adult life, and begin to separate from it.
You've done the work. So why are you still living the same patterns?
You've done the therapy. Read the books. Journaled, reflected, tried to think your way into a different life. And somewhere underneath all of it, the same patterns keep running. The same ceiling. The same shrinking. The same quiet voice that says "not for someone like you."
There's a reason. And it isn't a lack of effort.
Before you were ten years old, you decided who you had to be.
To be safe. To be loved. To keep the peace in the family you were born into. That decision became an identity, and no one ever told you that you could question it. So it kept running. Into your relationships. Your income. How visible you let yourself be. How much you allow yourself to want, out loud.
I call it the Survival Identity. And until you see it, everything you build sits on top of it.
This workshop is where you see it.
What we'll actually do
This is not a lecture. There are no slides. For three hours, you'll move between short teaching and something most people have never experienced: dyad work.
You'll sit across from one other person. You'll be asked a single question. And for five minutes, you'll answer it while she does nothing but listen. No advice. No fixing. No rushing to make you feel better. Just witnessed. Most of us have never been received like that, and it reaches something no amount of reading ever could.
Together we'll work with two frameworks:
The Survival Identity - who you became to be safe or loved
The Identity Gap - the distance between who you've been being and who you actually are
You'll leave having named the pattern out loud, in a room of people doing the same work, with a felt sense of the self that's been underneath it the whole time.
Who this is for
People who've outgrown surface-level self-help and want the layer underneath
People who feel stuck in patterns they can't explain
People in transition: in work, motherhood, relationship, or self
People who are tired of being told to "change their mindset" and want to see what's actually running the show
Who this is not for
Anyone looking for a motivational pep talk
Anyone who wants to stay comfortable
This is quieter than a seminar, and it goes deeper.
Your facilitator
I'm Anna. Years ago I had an experience that took the floor out from under everything I thought I was. Since then I've spent my life inside this work: in dyadic inquiry, in silent retreats, in the rooms where people stop performing and finally meet themselves. I've also built a million-dollar business, raised two small children, and rebuilt my own identity more than once. I don't teach this from theory. I teach it from the inside.
I'm a facilitator, not a guru. I won't ask you to believe anything. I'll give you an experience, and let your own nervous system decide.

I'm keeping this room small on purpose. This work needs intimacy and safety, not a crowd.
If something in you said yes while reading this, that's who I built this for.
