Fit Bags for first 100 sign ups! Expect back-to-back workouts from various studios + health and wellness experience stations. Take as many classes as you want and leave the rest. Feel free to ebb & flow in as you want:) No rules. Not strict.
What to Expect

Doors open at 10 am and classes kick off at 10:20 am!
10:00 am: Doors Open. Check in. Find space for your mat, and explore experience stations!
10:20 am- Mini Warm-Up Session
10:30 am- Morning Vinyasa Flow Yoga
11:00 am- Mat Pilates
11:30 am- Barre-less Barre
12:00 pm- Bootcamp/HIIT
12:30 pm- Dance Fit
1:00 pm- Deep Stretch
1:30pm - Soundbath
1:45 Classes end, be sure to grab your fit bag & make any last-minute experience statsion stops!
