The H.O.U.R. Club

We wanted to create a mental wellness club where all are welcome! This club will meet once a month to start, on the 3rd Friday of each month (unless stated otherwise). We have a community space at our office in West Ashley (Charleston, SC) that we intend on using, as well as working towards public meetups at additional locations as interest grows. The HOUR club will focus on mental health mindfulness, creating community, and supporting one another through shared activities and interests. This event is hosted by two mental health therapists who will be off the clock, but will bring their expertise into cultivating an inviting and accessible club. We can't wait to make the HOUR club, your club!!
