The Honest Networking Group

The Honest Networking Group is a Nottingham-based networking group for business owners and colleagues who want meaningful connections without pressure or long-term commitments.

It operates on a simple pay-as-you-go basis — no contracts, no memberships, and no lock-ins.

The vision is straightforward: networking shouldn’t be expensive, complicated, or transactional.

Attendance is intentionally capped at fewer than 20 people. This keeps the room focused, gives every attendee the opportunity to speak to the group if they wish and creates space for genuine conversations rather than rushed introductions.

The emphasis is on honesty, authenticity, and building real business relationships, not forced referrals or sales pitches.

Your ticket price includes:

• Entry
• Lunch of your choice (You'll be emailed a menu and pre order link to choose your lunch)
• Unlimited Tea/Coffee or soft drinks (Pepsi Max, Diet Pepsi, Lemonade or codials) for the three hour event.

Info: This is where you get to briefly hear who's in the room and what they're doing in the business world.

Info: Nobody likes ice breakers, so this is where we allocate a quick slot for fun ways to get to know the room rather than awkwardness...

Info: Part of the reason we chose our venue is because its a tried and tested working - from - pub location for our host. Think good food, endless tea/coffee or soft drinks and a chance to speak freely with anyone you want too.

Info: This is where we like to invite a guest speaker to give a short talk on what they do and how they've grown in the business world. This isn't a sales pitch, this is purely for inspiration and appreciating how far businesses owners have come. (If you want to become one of our guest speakers, please speak to the host!)

Info: This is your opportunity to make sure you've spoken to everyone you want too and grab your last inclusive coffee or soft drink. You're more than welcome to stay at the venue and continue to network after this time though and they have £3.50 pints until 7pm if you fancy an after work drink.
