A brand-new series of talks and workshops offering fresh perspectives on holistic ADHD managementAbout this Event
After April’s sold-out online event, The Holistic ADHD Summit returns with an all-new line-up of talks and workshops from leading experts.
Nearly three million people have been prescribed ADHD Medic*tion in the past two years. For many, it helps – but for others, it can bring new challenges. Emerging research highlights the growing effectiveness of non-medical and lifestyle-based interventions, emphasising the value of a more holistic approach.
The Holistic ADHD Summit is designed to give you practical, science-backed tools to understand and manage ADHD in daily life. Through a hands-on approach, you’ll explore a range of topics, including productivity, the benefits of nature, weight management, and even the connection between ADHD and Kink.
