About this Event
Step back in time and explore the history of this much-loved space!
Andy Buchan of the North Bristol History Society will guide us from the area's origins as common land to graze cattle on, right through to the rumours and stories of its many features today.
Please dress for the weather and be prepared to walk! The talk will be approximately 90 minutes.
There are limited spaces on this walk. Booking on a first come first served basis, and must be booked in advance!
Ticket prices
£10 per person, which includes the Eventbrite service and processing fees.
Cancellation/Postponing due to Poor Weather
This event takes place outdoors, and therefore unfortunately may need to be postponed or cancelled in the days leading up to the event if it seems that the weather will be too poor for it to be run safely. FoHC will always aim to confirm cancellation of the event 24 – 48 hours in advance (though on very rare occasions, sudden weather changes may mean it's closer than this). Please keep an eye on your emails for information regarding this.
