7-9 August | 07:00 - 09:00Celebrate the Bristol Balloon Fiesta with a truly unique paddleboarding adventure on Bristol Harbour. This special event runs in collaboration with Trika Yoga, and combines relaxing paddleboard yoga with the magic of watching colourful hot air balloons rise above the city skyline. Enjoy an introduction to paddling, alongside an introduction to SUP Yoga.
This session will take your practice off solid ground, and challenge your balance on the water. Take part in a fun, calming atmosphere as you move through gentle poses, then finish the session with a peaceful savasana, relaxing as the board softly rocks you on the water.
No paddleboarding experience is required, although some yoga experience is advantageous. This event includes: board hire, SUP and SUP yoga tuition, secure storage, and changing facilities. Booking is essential to secure your space.
