Students will build a wooden herb planter box, plant their own herbs, and learn how to care for them as they grow.
About this Event

Students will work together to build a wooden herb planter box using a hammer and nails, practicing basic construction skills and tool safety. Once the planter is assembled, students will fill it with soil and plant herbs by choosing from a variety of herb seed packets. As their herbs begin to sprout and grow, students will deepen their understanding of plant care, responsibility, and how herbs can be cultivated and used in everyday life. Through this hands-on experience, students connect craftsmanship, gardening, and stewardship.
