The Heart of the Elder: Creativity and Aging is an online workshop that invites you to explore this territory with compassion, curiosity, and creative presence.
This experiential gathering welcomes women who feel drawn to explore:

✨ How expressive arts can illuminate inner wisdom
✨ The relationship between life experience and creative expression
✨ What it means to attend to body, heart, mind, and spirit as time unfolds
In this workshop, we will gently use visual art, movement, writing, and reflective dialogue to:

🌸 Reflect on transitions, identity, change, and possibility
🌸 Trust the wisdom that emerges from within
🌸 Create a compassionate community of shared experience
Whether you are in the middle of your life journey, entering what you’ve come to call “elderhood,” or simply curious about the intersection of creativity and aging, this workshop offers time, space, and presence for inquiry and connection.
