Cacao supports emotional clarity, presence, and connection, softening the protective layers around the heart while enhancing awareness. Through intention setting and guided meditation, we allow the medicine to guide us inward, creating a grounded and receptive space for the journey ahead.
From this heart-centered foundation, Danielle will guide you through a holotropic breathwork experience using intentional rhythmic breathing, carefully curated music, and supportive verbal guidance. This somatically grounded practice invites emotional release, expanded self-awareness, and deeper connection with the body.
Her sessions are trauma-aware and participant-led, meaning you are always in control of your experience. You’ll be supported in accessing and moving stored emotions while gently regulating your nervous system in a safe and intentional environment.
After breathwork, we’ll transition into a deeply restorative Sound Bath, allowing healing frequencies to integrate the work, calm the system, and anchor the insights that arise.
You’ll leave feeling clearer, lighter, and deeply connected — to yourself and to community.
