About this Event
Get ready to push your limits with an energizing, community-driven workout experience at DICK’S House of Sport Miami in partnership with GRIT. This high-intensity session is designed to build strength, endurance, and mental toughness, while keeping the vibe fun and competitive.
What to Expect:
🔥 Group Warm-Up
Kick things off with a dynamic warm-up led by GRIT coaches to get your body primed and ready to perform.
💪 Circuit Training (Main Workout)
Participants will rotate through 4 stations, spending 8 minutes at each with 1-minute transitions:
• Station 1:
• 15 Goblet Squats
• 15 Russian Twists (2-count)
• Station 2:
• 10/10 Dumbbell Snatches
• 10/10 Plank Single Dumbbell Rows
• Station 3:
• 20 Lunges
• 20 Sit-Ups
• Station 4:
• 10/10 Horizontal Ball Slams
• 10 Burpees
🧘 Cool Down
Recover and reset with a guided cool-down to stretch, breathe, and bring the heart rate down.
