Step into your Sunday with intention, energy, and connection. Sunday Ritual is a dynamic and uplifting 2-hour practice designed to bring together the grounding rhythm of the Primary Series with the expansive exploration of the Second Series.
Led by Edgar and Joseph, directors of Miami Life Center, this 50/50 Ashtanga experience offers the perfect balance:
- Half Primary Series to build heat, flow, and stability
- Half Second Series to explore opening, depth, and new possibilities in your practice
Whether you are newer to Ashtanga or have an established practice, this class is thoughtfully guided to be accessible, supportive, and inspiring for all levels. Modifications, options, and hands-on guidance will be offered so you can move at your own pace while still feeling part of the collective energy of the room.
Expect a vibrant atmosphere, intentional sequencing, and moments of both challenge and ease. This is more than just a class—it’s a ritual to reset, reconnect, and recharge for the week ahead.
