Join us for ouston Senior Mardi Gras Health & Wellness Expo March 17, 2026 at the Sunnyside Health & Multi-Service Center 4410 Reed Rd Houston, TX 77051. We’re inviting all seniors, families, caregivers, and veterans to this event. During this event our goal is to empower, inspire and provide you with vital resources and information to positively impact your current situation.
Seniors and families in attendance will also receive free health screenings, Low impact workouts, line Dancing, live performance, raffles giveaways, lComedy , guest speakers and much more. Safety guidelines will be followed to help keep our senior community safe against COVID-19.
