Join Plymouth's renowned contemporary folk choir for their annual winter concert. The choir are celebrated for their complex and textured arrangements and for the high quality of their singing. Directed by Julu Irvine and Heg Brignall of folk duo Suthering, you can expect some festive favourites alongside more unusual traditional and contemporary folk songs as well as some original songs written by Julu and Heg.This year, proceeds will go towards costs involved with the choir making their first recording with sales of the finished recording going to charity. Any extra proceeds will go to the local food bank.
We offer a pay what you van system, no questions asked.

Stoke Damerel is wheelchair accessible with level access from the door at the rear of the church. Please buy an accessible ticket so we know to expect you and arrive just before 7pm if you would like to be admitted early. Volunteers are available to show you where to sit.
