Join First Rising Mt. Zion (FRMZ), New Bethany, and Salem Baptist Churches for an unforgettable evening of uplifting music, inspiring spoken word performances, and meaningful fellowship. This extraordinary event is made even more special through the partnership with the Young Adults of these three Churches.
Young adults, come out and experience a night of talented artists sharing their passion for gospel music. Whether you’re stepping up to the mic or simply soaking in the atmosphere, this event promises to inspire and uplift your spirit.

INTERESTED IN PERFORMING?
The mic is open to all Young Adults from singers, poets, comedians, christian rap, and instrumentalists. Get your free tickets on Eventbrite and arrive between 6:30pm - 7:30pm to sign-up on the list. There will be 12 slots available for our open mic performances. Each performance will be no more than 5 minutes.
OPEN MIC RULES:
1. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL. This is a safe and sacred space and will be treated as such. No homophobia, no transphobia, no racism, no xenophobia, no misogyny, and no disrespect against anyone's sexuality or gender expression.
2. KEEP IT CLEAN. Watch your language at all times. This is a non-secular event.
3. PLEASE ADHERE TO THE RULES. We would love for you to participate in future events.
