This Spring Equinox we gather to heal and balance our Inner Maiden, at a time when her protection is desperately needed. She has been manipulated and mistreated to keep women out of their power. In her shadow she is naive and easily controlled/influenced, but in her power she lights us up with enthusiasm, curiosity and hope.As always, you can count on a night of Soulful, Somatic, Sacred Sisterhood utilizing scientifically backed techniques with roots in ancient yogic wisdom.
Together we will:
• work towards better overall health and wellbeing through nervous system regulation
• encourage subconscious reprograming through Seasonal Wisdom and Feminine Archetype activation
• find hope and light… even in the dark.
