About this Event
The Giving Grind is a Hyrox-inspired charity fitness challenge that combines friendly competition, community energy, and fundraising. Participants rotate through four movement stations — SkiErg, rowing, sled push & pull, and a climb board — and every 100 metres completed triggers a monetary donation to the event’s charity partners.
Expect timed heats, leaderboards, small prizes, and on-site refreshments.
The event is organised by Credence (Credence Cares) in partnership with local community organisations.
