You’ll be immersed in soothing layers of sound from crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, gong, and other instruments designed to release tension, quiet the mind, and restore inner balance. Surrounded by gentle vibrations, let yourself drift into deep rest and renewal.

What To Bring
To be as cosy and comfortable as possible, we recommend bringing:
- A yoga mat to lie on
- A blanket and pillow
- A water bottle
Optional:
- A duvet or extra blanket for warmth
- A cushion or bolster for under your knees
- An eye mask or pillow for deeper rest
Please note that sound healing is not recommended for women in their first trimester of pregnancy, people with a pacemaker or other heart rate abnormalities, or people with sound-induced epilepsy. By booking, you confirm that none of these apply to you.

Sarah has been immersed in music from a young age, playing piano, violin, singing and composing. With over a decade of experience working as Head of Music in London prep schools, she brings a unique perspective to her healing practice. Her training from the renowned Academy of Sound Healing has equipped her with the knowledge and skills to harness the power of sound for holistic healing and well-being.
