About this Event
Our April Blue Stockings Womens Business Network will have the first half of the meeting being led by Samantha Culshaw-Robinson who will be helping us with some practical tools to help us look after ourselves, the second half of the meeting will lead into discussion and networking.
Samantha blends hypnotherapy‑backed mindfulness, practical boundary‑setting tools, and simple self‑care rituals designed for women who run a business and a busy life. You’ll discover how to recognise hidden stress signals, create a “reset” routine that restores energy in just five minutes, and build a compassionate inner dialogue that fuels both personal wellbeing and business performance.
By the end of the session you’ll leave with a short, actionable self‑love plan you can start using today—so you feel steadier, more focused, and able to show up fully for yourself and for your clients.
Why it helps: Overloaded entrepreneurs often sacrifice their own needs, which leads to burnout, decision‑fatigue, and reduced creativity. This session will give you a quick, evidence‑based reset that protects your energy, sharpens focus, and re‑connects you with the joy that originally sparked your business.
Expect a relaxed atmosphere, opportunities to ask questions, and practical tips.
There will also be an opportunity to share information and offers from your business.
This is a hybrid event so you can join us on-line or in-person at the Createry in Nottingham. We understand it can be easier and more convenient to join on-line but we are missing seeing you in the flesh! So come to the Createry if you can, where there will be home made cake, fruit and a drink and other lovely women to meet. It's a great opportunity to find out more about what people do, enjoy chance conversations and re-energise off-line.
Of course if you can't attend in person, we'd be delighted If you join us online. We will send you the link to join us on zoom the day before the meeting.
Samantha Culshaw‑Robinson is a registered hypnotherapist and NHS‑trained Mindfulness (MBCT) coach based in Nottingham. With 20 years of experience and an MSc in Workplace Health & Wellbeing, Sam blends evidence‑based hypnotherapy, mindfulness, and Reiki to help busy women break self-limiting patterns and reclaim their energy. She is passionate about giving businesswomen the practical tools to thrive while being kind to themselves.
