In this one day fitness challenge, you will push yourself through a series of physical exercise activities accessible for all fitness levels, all while raising money for the LIVESTRONG Program at the Y. The event will feature a mix of cardio and strength challenges guided by trainers at each station.Donโt feel like competing? You can still make a donation on behalf of any competitor!
