About this Event
As part of the exhibition The Garden of Delights on Earth at Gallery 46 in London's vibrant Whitechapel, the beautiful and fully enhanced DBS checked Miss Candy Floss presents an INTERACTIVE EXTRAVAGANZA, where they will be inviting trans and non-binary children to listen to and share thoughts and feelings about their original, self-penned modern Fairy Story in traditional style, "The Tale of the Blossom Uprising." This is a story of the triumph of need over greed, sharing global food resources and the redemption of adults who actually listen to children. But this is DRAG QUEEN STORY TELLING TIME, so of course the emphasis is on FUN and INCLUSION, being A PART, not being apart, so throw on your Glad Rags and Dress to Impress. Prizes for the best Food or Fairy related costumes/fancy dress.
There will be TWO separate performances on the day at 2pm and 3pm with a MAXIMUM of 25 places available at each, so please book early to avoid disappointment. The event is open to children ages 3 to 11, though this isn't rigid, and specifically Miss Floss welcomes non-binary and trans identifying children, as stated above. Miss Floss asks that all adults be accompanied by at least one actual child. The event charges a £1 booking fee to secure a ticket, and there will also be a cash only collection for the Brianna Ghey Peace in Mind fund.
