You’ll experience a series of practical voice, breathing, and improvisation-based exercises to:

• Speak with confidence in group settings and presentations
• Think clearly under pressure and respond with composure
• Practice vulnerability as a strength, not a weakness, in leadership and learning environments

You'll also take part in reflective group discussions to identify your unique communication style and consider how to bring these insights into your wider L&D work—helping others in your organisation grow.
