What to Expect:
This is guided group session combining Reiki energy healing and immersive sound healing to help you soften, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself.
- A guided opening intention & somatic movement 💃
- Grounding meditation 🧘♀️
- Group Reiki (energy of the heart) to hold space for healing energy 🤲
- Sound journey with healing frequencies to support relaxation, emotional release, and heart-centred renewal.
- Silent rest / integration period
- Optional sharing circle, reflections, journaling prompts

About the Hosts
This experience is lovingly guided by two wellness practitioners devoted to creating safe, supportive spaces for healing and connection.
🌀 Katty is a certified Usui Reiki practitioner specialising in supporting those experiencing burnout and stress related health issues, helping clients release tension, restore balance, and reconnect with themselves. Her sessions blend intuitive energy work, grounded presence, and a deep love for nature.
🧘♀️ Lucy is a Reiki Master, yogi and sound healer who has travelled the world, including Peru and Guatemala, gathering wisdom from diverse healing traditions. Known for her intuitive and compassionate approach, she blends movement, energy work, and sound to guide people into profound states of relaxation and connection.
Practical Details & Suggestions
- Arrive a few minutes early so we can begin together. Latecomers might not be accepted to avoid disrupting the flow and energy of the session for others.
- Blankets and mats will be provided but please bring an eye mask if you would like one.
- Wear comfortable clothing, you may get hot or cold during a session so wearing layers that you can put on or take off is advised.
- Avoid heavy meals 2 hours prior to the session start time.
- Try to avoid excess caffeine before the session as it may help you have a more restful experience and help your thoughts to drift away more easily.
⚠️ Important information:
- Do not consume alcohol or drugs before the session.
- Essential oils, incense, music and sound may be used during the session. Please make us aware of any allergies or conditions before the session.
- Sound healing may not be suitable for individuals with the following conditions and they may need to obtain permission from their healthcare professional before they can attend a session. Please get in touch if you have any questions and let your practitioner know about any conditions before attending a session. Conditions: Epilepsy, history of seizures or any condition that could be triggered by sound, a pacemaker, first and third trimester of pregnancy, serious mental health conditions.
- As with any new therapy, it is recommended to consult with your healthcare provider before trying sound healing if you have any medical conditions or concerns. Sound healing should not be used as a replacement for traditional medical treatments. It can be used as a complementary therapy to support overall health and well-being, but it is not a substitute for medical care.
