We are continuing the theme of “The Art of Letting Go” for the next six week series. This series will explore six essential practices that lead to awakening our full potential. Each practice not only involves engaging in powerful positive actions, it also includes letting go of what holds us back. This series will offer practical meditations to help us train our mind both in meditation and in daily life.These classes include two guided meditations and a talk on letting go of what’s holding us back from our spiritual and personal growth. After each class there is time for Q&A, and refreshments are served.
The classes are self-contained, so you are welcome to join at any time. No previous experience is required. You can book online or register in person on the day of the class.
