This December, our special guest speaker is Ellen Kingsley-Perkins of Kingsley-Perkins Ltd, who will be diving deep into how to grow and scale a small business.
At our December session, Ellen will share her journey, lessons learned, key strategies, and actionable frameworks for scaling a small business — including pitfalls to avoid, scaling infrastructure, team building, revenue growth, and sustainable systems.
