About this Event
Alcoholism was the cycle that had to be broken among the men in my family.
For somebody else, maybe it was a father who was physically there but emotionally absent or a father who was never there.
For somebody else, maybe it was domestic violence.
For somebody else, maybe it was drug addiction.
For somebody else, maybe everything looked perfect on the outside, but every family has real struggles behind closed doors.
The question is: what cycle will stop with you?
As men, our goal is to be better. Even if you had a great father or great grandfather, there is still another level. We can stand on their shoulders and go higher. But becoming a better man doesn’t happen by accident. It happens on purpose.
That’s why The Forge exists.
The Forge is for young men (17–27) who are serious about growth, leadership, discipline, and becoming the kind of man your future family, career, and purpose need. No fake stuff. No pressure. No pretending. Just food, a card game or 2, brotherhood, and real talk.
This Saturday | 2 PM – 4 PM
📍449 Paterson
We’ll have food, spades, games, music, and a conversation on: How to Handle Pressure & Temptation as a Man
Because you’ll never become a great husband, father, leader, or man by accident.
We only have a couple Saturdays left before everyone heads home for the summer. Don’t leave school the same way you came. Leave stronger. Leave wiser. Leave better.
Who’s in your circle?
If you’re ready to level up, pull up this Saturday. Reply back if you’re coming. 💪🏾
