Join Agata and Robbie from Meadow Lab for a guided walk through Västra Hamnen, where shoreline and urban green meet.You’ll get to know and taste at least 10 wild edible spring plants, learn the safety rules for collecting, and leave knowing that are plenty wild edible plants all around you.

- Confident ID of 10+ spring wild edible plants
- Tried and tested suggestions on cooking with wild plants
- Processing tips and recipe ideas
- Nutritional basics and health benefits of wild plants
- What safety rules must be followed when collecting wild plants
- Which plants are in season in spring and where to look for them
- How to observe cycle of plant’s life and how to look for tastiest wild edibles all year around
The walk ends with homemade tasters made from wild and seasonal ingredients.
