About this Event
The Florida Roundup – Live from Central Florida Public Media
Central Florida Public Media invites you inside the newsroom for a live taping of Florida Roundup, where statewide conversations meet local voice, and journalism becomes a shared civic experience.
Hosted by Tom Hudson, this special broadcast brings The Florida Roundup into a distinctly Central Florida space, centering the issues shaping life across our region with curiosity, care, and connection.
The program will open with a live performance by Joseph Jevanni & INtensity, a Central Florida Tiny Desk Contest Showcase artist whose sound carries the spirit of Central Florida - rooted, soulful, and alive.
Audience members will be invited to submit questions in writing during the show, ensuring a wide range of voices help shape the dialogue and that the conversation reflects the room.
Whether you’re a longtime listener or new to public media, this is an opportunity to experience journalism as something living and relational, created with the community, not just for it.
