Join MomPros February for Growing Healthy Hearts: Mind & Body Learning for Moms, a fun and relaxed in-person event designed to help moms nurture their own well-being while learning practical parenting strategies that promote healthy, thriving children. This session will explore the connection between a mother's mental and physical health and its impact on child's overall physical and mental wellness. Moms wil gain simple actionable tools for fostering healthy habits at home. Can't wait to see you there!

Vindeira Resaul-Maraj is a registered nurse, functional nurse health coach, and owner of Bioindividual Health and Wellness. She supports individuals and families using a bioindividual approach to nutrition and lifestyle care, helping them better understand their bodies and overall wellness. Her mission is to educate, empower, and guide others toward sustainable health changes.
Dr. Toralben Patel, MD, MPH, FACC, RPVI, FACP, is a non-invasive cardiologist who is board certified in echocardiography, nuclear cardiology, cardiac CT, vascular ultrasound interpretation, cardiovascular diseases and internal medicine. Dr. Patel has a special interest in women’s heart disease, cardiac imaging and cardio-oncology, and she practices evidence-based medicine with an emphasis on providing the highest quality care to her patients. After completing her internal medicine residency at Lankenau Medical Center in Wynnewood, PA, she undertook her fellowship training in cardiovascular diseases at The Wright Center for Graduate Medical Education, where she served as Chief Fellow and was honored with the American Heart Association Women in Cardiology Trainee Award for Excellence. Dr. Patel also holds a Master of Public Health from Rutgers and is an active researcher and clinician.
