Sink into serenity as you lay on a floating bed, gently suspended above warm water. The soft sway beneath you mimics the soothing rhythm of the ocean—calming, grounding, deeply nurturing.
Around you, waves of sound from crystal singing bowls, gongs, and healing instruments fill the space and flow through your body. With no tension on your joints, spine, or muscles, you're free to fully relax. Your body floats. Your mind drifts. Your soul listens.

After the hour soundbath ( 6-7pm) there is the option to have a swim and cool down in the pool, it is very warm. Stretch out and swim for half an hour to finish your time feeling refreshed.
