We’re turning up the energy at Galleria Dallas with The Fit Drop, a monthly morning movement series designed to help you sweat, connect, and kick off your weekend feeling strong, all before your first sip of coffee.
This month’s drop features lululemon as our highlighted retailer and a high-energy shadow boxing class led by Club Studio. Expect a powerful workout, exclusive retailer perks, and a fun, social atmosphere that brings the community together. This is a bodyweight class and all levels are welcomed.
Whether you’re coming solo or rallying your crew, this is your chance to move your body, discover new brands, and enjoy the perks of being part of the Galleria Dallas fitness community. Swag bags are for the FIRST 50 guests to arrive (first come, first served)

- 📍 Location: Outdoor plaza in front of North Italia
- ⏰ Class Time: 9:00 AM with Club Studio
- 🕣 Check-In Opens: 8:30 AM
- 🚗 Parking: Purple or Blue Garage (park near North Italia for easiest access)
